This course is for existing Growsafe Certificate holders wishing to renew their current certificate. You must have a current certificate, or it must not be expired by more than 12 months. Eight Level 3 NZQA credits are available for this course.

  • trained to apply agrichemicals in a safe, responsible and effective way with minimal adverse impact on human, environmental and animal health
  • aware of the regulatory and market requirements relating to agrichemical use
  • aware of your obligations under the various legislations that impact on the use of agrichemicals in New Zealand.

Prerequisites

Prior to the course date (or on the day) you must provide evidence of a previous Growsafe Standard (or Introductory) certificate.  It must be a 'Growsafe' certificate, current or not expired by more than 12 months.  Please get in touch prior to booking if you are not sure or have misplaced your certificate.  We only require your full name and date of birth to look up and confirm any previous Growsafe certificate details.

If your certificate has expired by more than 12 months or we cannot validate your previous Growsafe certificate you will need to complete the full Growsafe Standard course.  Check our website for other course options - they are usually held on the same day, at the same venue as the Renewals.
